Frank Hartkamp works at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland) in the Industry, Agriculture, and Finance department, specifically within the Manufacturing Industry, High Tech, and ICT team. RVO is an executive agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy.

His focus is on ICT in relation to sustainability and innovation. This is reflected in facilitating activities for the MJA3 covenant (energy savings in the industry and service sectors), as project leader for the EZ Energy Award and the EZK event: Partners in Energy Challenges, in the Energy Challenges 2020 intensification program, and the Industry Sustainability Program. Additionally, Frank Hartkamp serves as the ICT liaison in Top Sectors.

Frank Hartkamp is one of the founding fathers of the NDDHO (6 times) and predecessor of Green ICT and Sustainability in Higher Education (4 times). This year marks the 11th edition!
