Ine Mols’ research looks at developing agency in college students. She investigated how describing personal roles and broadening your action portfolio contribute to developing action perspectives. She developed a toolkit with working forms around these themes, focusing on inspiration, visions of the future, role models, actions and your own role description. During the workshop, you will be introduced to some of the work forms and together we will deepen our picture of action domains.
