Kees Klomp (1968) is a passionate advocate of the Meaningful Economy; an existential approach to economics. Klomp worked as a lecturer in Meaningful Economy at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, where he conducted research on the possibilities of economic system change. In this capacity, Klomp authored several books on the subject, including the bestselling management book Handbook of Meaningful Entrepreneurship, the textbook Meaningful Economy, and the English-language Thrive. As the program manager for AGENCY!, Klomp strives to intrinsically motivate students to engage with societal issues.
