Margreet van Oudheusden is an education professional with a warm heart for the growth and development of individuals. After working for over twelve years as a teacher and researcher, she spent three years supporting Windesheim’s strategic direction as a member of the innovation team. As an advisor for learning and development, she worked on the professionalization of teaching staff. Since September 1st, she has been active as a changemaker for student welfare. With curiosity and commitment, she enjoys supporting learning processes in individuals within organizations.
