Submit your proposal for a workshop during Groene Peper 2025!
Do you have an inspiring idea for a workshop and want to contribute to Green Pepper 2025? Then this is your chance! We are looking for teachers, researchers, policy makers and students who would like to provide a session around the theme “What is Justice in Transition?”.
What do we expect from a workshop?
During Green Pepper 2025 is all about experiencing, connecting and co-creating. We invite you to design an interactive session where participants not only listen, but actively participate and go home with practical insights. Each workshop connects to one of the following three shells:
- You: The Individual – Focus on personal change and awareness.
- We: The Community – Explore how together we can create an inclusive and equitable environment.
- The World: Broad Structures – Reflect on equity in natural and social systems, now and in the future.
In addition, we ask that you link your workshop to one of the sub-themes:
- Collective Responsibility
- Creativity, design and art
- Rights for nature
- Building bridges in learning environments
- Justice in the institution
How can you contribute?
During Green Pepper, there are a number of options to connect as a speaker and/or ‘exhibitor’ during our inspiration market.
– Exhibitor at the inspiration market. Do you have an inspiration (project) that fits within the shells of You, Us or the World and brings justice to life? For the Inspiration Market during Green Pepper 2025, we are looking for creative contributions for our booths. These are places where participants can experience (like with AI glasses), connect (for example with art) or work together on something (co-create). Register your contribution and make your booth a source of inspiration for a just future for people, nature and future generation!
-Workshops. If you want to give a workshop, keep the following in mind: the workshops are about experiencing, or connecting or co-creating and the content covers one or more of the shells (you, We, World). You can indicate this when completing the questionnaire. In addition, concrete examples from practice, such as transition issues in education, energy, food or circular economy, are very welcome.
You can choose from different lengths: 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Keep in mind that at each duration, 5 minutes is reserved for participants to walk from one workshop to the next. This means that the workshop is thus effectively 25, 55 or 85 minutes in duration.
Deadline for submission.
Submit your proposal by February 4, 2025. Together we will create a place where justice is at the center of a world of change.
We look forward to your creative ideas!
