AI is changing not only how we work, but especially how we collaborate. In this interactive workshop, we explore how generative AI can help us think together better and act together faster.
We will look at concrete examples, discuss risks and pitfalls, and, above all, get practical: how can you use AI as a thinking partner instead of a replacement? Participants will gain tools to use AI responsibly and purposefully within their own organization or team. No technical in-depth training, but a focus on collaboration, process, and impact.
