Erik Fledderus has around 25 years of experience in the field of ICT, digitalization, and innovation. He has worked in both public and private enterprises (such as KPN, TNO, SURF) in roles ranging from principal scientist, advisor, program manager to general director. He seeks to establish connections between different perspectives that are necessary to create movement in an issue.

Since April 1, 2023, Erik has been a lecturer in Digital Business & Society at Windesheim, and among other things, the initiator of the ELSA lab in formation. The professorship advocates for value-driven technology. Together with colleague professor Jeike Wallinga, he promoted the GreenICT award to encourage sustainability not only with ICT but also within ICT.
