Hanneke de Graaff works as a trainer in pedagogical leadership and pedagogical tact at the NIVOZ Foundation and as a teacher trainer at EMPO in Rotterdam. She also facilitates curriculum design meetings for teams on behalf of Toetsrevolutie (Toetsrevolutie). She increasingly works with learning teams that want to connect pedagogy and didactics. She enjoys creating a positive atmosphere together with a group, where everyone works hard on meaningful education. Shaping regeneration together – that is what meaningful education is all about. In doing so, she enjoys using Design Thinking and Theory U, methodologies that encourage the development of new possibilities and courageous, creative approaches.
