The social impact of companies is a subject I have been working on for 20 years. First from the perspective of NGOs: what can companies learn from social organisations and vice versa? Then from the perspective of companies, as a trainer and advisor in the field of sustainability and leadership. And now from the perspective of education, where we train the leaders of the future.
Over the past two and a half years, I have been working to embed sustainability more firmly in the business administration curriculum. Together with colleagues, we have adapted many courses and woven new economic thinking into our programme.
