Peter Luijten works for Leren voor Morgen: a cooperative of 160 educational institutions and civil society organizations that collaborate to embed sustainability in education. He is a network coordinator in higher education and has organized the vocational education program for the Week of Economics Education in recent years. He views our dominant economic paradigm as the root cause of unsustainability—both ecological and social. Underlying this are certain views of humanity and the world: a fundamental theme that can, however, be applied in surprisingly practical ways in the classroom and in curriculum development!
