From Difficult Conversations to Informative Dialogues – Working on Inclusiveness in Vocational Education
Societal dynamics impact our (vocational) schools daily. Diversity shapes education, but it also creates tensions. This requires conscious, professionally guided dialogue with students, but also between colleagues and in hierarchical conversations. Therefore, the Relational Working Practitioner program investigates how conversations about diversity, inclusion, and equality can become a safe, improved, and sustainable part of educational practice. Together with colleagues and students, we develop five working methods that stimulate this dialogue.
In this workshop, we share discoveries, dilemmas, and practical tips, and you will experience some working methods yourself.
