Wouter Modderkolk

Wouter Modderkolk is a researcher and teacher. This spring, he will start as a lecturer in “The Value(s) of Waldorf Education” at Leiden University of Applied Sciences, where he will connect Waldorf pedagogy with the broader field of education. In his work, he seeks congruence between pedagogical intentions and actual actions – from the teacher in the classroom to the school leader in the organisation. With the podcast series AI het pedagogisch appel (NIVOZ) – on which he worked together with Jan Jaap Hubeek – he explores how AI challenges teachers to act on their own pedagogical intentions, rather than adapting their actions to what AI makes possible.
