Virginia Yanquilevich is the CEO of Dopper since 2017. Dopper is a social enterprise with a clear mission: to achieve a world in which people are conscious of the environment we live in, where the amount of single-use plastic is reduced and where everyone, near and far, has access to safe drinking water. This mission fits perfect to Virginia her ambitions to make the world a better place as almost 6 years ago she decided to quit her job at a big electronics company to really create an impact and find purpose in her work life. 

Virginia roots are in Argentina, but she has been living in the Netherlands for over 20 years. As a child she already wanted to make a difference which resulted in her first volunteer job where she fought for equal opportunities. This is where the activist seed was planted and to this day, she integrates that in her daily work for Dopper. 

Virginia is an involved leader that really listens to her team and always wants to create the biggest impact possible. With her positive, energetic attitude plus the ability to connect with people and companies, Dopper has been able to act upon on its ambitions and this is only the beginning!
